Despite being the leader in the baby cereals market, retention is an issue for Milupa beyond the first box of baby cereal. This was a highly disruptive, value-add campaign that resonated with first-time parents, and centred around the ideas that Milupa cereals are nutritionally tailored at every stage of the weaning journey right up until 1 year.
